Bunch of questions for you guys. (Some of them could be could probably be searched but I got a 3 day road trip starting tomorrow and don't have time to forum browse).

BTW I have verizion service.

1st: My box says the phone is a v3m but I can load MP3's onto the phone which I shouldn't be able to do, do I really have a V3m? (I think WMP converts them before syncing).

2nd. The standard usb/headset jack does not seem to provide stereo output (playing music through regular headphones). Is there an adapter I can buy that does stereo or some sort of firmware fix? Or am I going to have to get used to hearing things throuhg one ear only?

3rd. The verizion software for music sucks. Is there a way to replace this or some alternative thats easier to use?
