The bit rate is depend on how your convert it to be but for me i use 128 , the lower you have it the less quality in sound

I know that, I ment, 50 songs @ 128

I dont mind have my songs at 96 on the phone

When I first read your post I was severely upset at being called a liar, but alas your right. I fully intended to flame you to no end but it seems as I'm the idiot in this case. After reading your post I went back to check my girlfriends phone and it only had 59 songs on it so I went to the complete list of over 300 songs and decided to transfer them to the phone and boy was my face red, I left the room went to work and came back and...... only 100 songs are on the phone. Needless to say I owe you and anybody else I gave false hopes to an apology. So considering your the first, I'm sorry.
