RAZR V3i song max?

How come the RAZR V3i can only hold 50 songs? (is that true?)

What phone comes with the iTunes button (an actual button that has the itunes logo)

I heard that you are restricted to 50 songs.....reguardless of memeory. i might need upwards up 100

And My LAST question... do ringtones count for songs?

So, in other words, is it 50 Ringtones/MP3 songs?

100 song limit, up to 30,000 (or more) with hacks (very easy) the v3i rokr and slvr all have dedicated botton for itunes (although you can change the display) and ringtones do NOT count as songs, and you will not be able to play them in your itunes player unless you send the to itunes as songs.

Ok thanks for the info...now how would I go about on using those hacks?

One thing to speed you on your way, most of us don't mind helping out a little or even a lot but when you take advantage and do no actual leg work on your own, it gets a little annoying. Even if you type your question in google you'll get most of your answers and be doing the legwork yourself instead of posting a question and bumping your own thread when you don't get an answer in what YOU consider a timely fashion for future referance any thead that you start that has a read asap or important will be deleted ASAP, it's obvious to anyone who's been tracking your posts that your questions need to be answered anyway but asap, as you don't have the phone you inquire about and are just fishing for info on any phone you find interesting. Keep in mind that we are obviously a helpful comunity but I for one feel a little taken advantage of.

Not all V3i come with 100 songs limit, so you need to ask for one.
You can hack L7 or Rock to have 1000 songs limit but not the V3i, not yet some one said his fone goes more then 100 but no other can get the same result with his method.

If you can do this then i would like to learn form you cause you are the only one i know , know how to hack the V3i goes pass 100 songs limit.

First you'll need a few programs, all of which can be found at slvrhackers.net to help even more make sure you use the vassio itunes I tried 2 others and had no luck the walkthough is simple and should be followed for the cingular itunes as it already had a dedicated key.

I have done all that only work for E1, E398 and L7 not work for V3i!!

You used the walkthough, or used a diff method?

This is the walkthrough I used and only the first 2 itunes (can't remember which) gave me a prob after that I used the vassio itunes and everything worked fine. This applies for both my Slvr and my girlfriends v3i. SLVRHackers - You are trying to access a restricted area. Don't forget to register.

I need itunes[but not a dedicated button, but it would be nice] and atleast 100 songs, and a unlocked v3i for under $250 w/ tax and shipping

From what I can tell no it doesn't come with itunes but this is actually a good thing as itunes puts limits on their songs i.e. 50-100 where as the mp3 player itself is simple to use and has no limits the 50 song limit is most likely because it only comes with a 128mb card. And pay no attention to the fact it say external mem is only expandible up to 512 I use a 1 gig card in my slvr (which said the same thing) as well as my girlfriends v3i.

There is a work around for the 50 song limit in Itunes. Ive done it so I know it works. You can use a music editor and put several songs back to back and then save it as a new file name. Load song 1, paste at end song 2 ,paste at end song 3 than save the file as combo 1. Itunes counts this as one song. So you see from the example 1 file with 3 songs each times 50 equals 150 songs If you have enough room on your memory card. I dont use I tunes anymore I prefer to use the sounds player no song limit except card memory and alot less BS and better battery life.
