Motorola Razr & microSD™/ TransFlash chip max size
Does anyone know if the Razr is capable of handling the 1 or 2 GB microSD™/ TransFlash memory card? If so, is there any special formatting of the memory card necessary?

I'm assuming you're talking about the CDMA version since the GSM doesn't have a microsd slot. If so the max on the v3m is 1gb. Not sure about the formatting.

I'm not sure I know the difference between the CDMA & the GSM versions unless one is a micro & the other a mini, or is it the flash formatting? Thanks for the info.
