I have the razr v3m from verizon. I recently bough another housing for it. So I go to pry up the front cover, but I cant get it off. I went around all the edges, but couldn't seem to get the thing to pop off. So I set it aside for awhile and decide to try again later. So later on I decide to take a picture, but the phone says "unable to open camera" It says the same thing with the video recorder. Whats the deal?

Well, you will void the manufacturer's warranty, first of all, by even thinking about attempting to pry that cover off the wrong way. You need to know that there are 2 torx screws on the inside of the flip, just above the display, hidden beneath the 2 rubber spacers.

My best guess is that while you were prying on the outside cover, you dislodged something in the camera housing. If it looks like you attempted to open the phone, you are out of luck. No Verizon Tech will swap out the phone if it has obviously been tampered with.
