razr v3 no service

I bought my wife a motorola razr v3 unlocked for christmas. I charged it and installed my sim card in it to try it. It keeps coming up no service. I have tried adjusting the network. It cannot find the network. I have cellular one service. I took it to my brothers and he tried his sim card. No luck same thing. We both have unlocked phones ourselves. I have a slvr l7 and he has an l6 and they both work fine. What should I do. Eny help thanks

I just bought a razr v3 today with Cellular One and cannot connect to the internet. I am razr v3 challenged. I have no clue how to get this to work. My old phone was also a motorola and had no problem connecting.
Is there a place to go on the internet with simple instructions?

You can call cell one and they will send your phone the browser settings to connect to the internet then to get the mms to work as well you have to go into one of your other web session settings and edit it adding the correct settings. you can find them settings in another post. That is how i got my slvr working.

called cellone and they fixed it over phone
