is my razr v3 broken?

i pulled it out my pocket and it was turned off, i tried to turn it back on but it did'nt turn on. I thought the battery was low and went to the house and pluged it in but it still didn't even turn on. none of the buttons turn it on, neither does the charger. i even tried to use a different battery andit still did'nt work. Any advice? thank you

Sounds like u might have to trake it to the dealer u bought it from and have him/her take a look at it.
