Any V3 or V3i owners help me!

I'm wanting to be able to get one of the cords (a usb i think?) that connects my Motorola RAZR V3i to my Windows/Dell computer.
Can anyone tell me what the right model or type of whatever it is I need is, and any brand or seller recommendations?
Also, I want to get some head phones so I can listen to music on my V3i. Could anyone tell me also what I need to get, and any suggestions?
I'm in Australia if that helps with anything.
