A friend of mine could not get his razr to turn back on after shutting it down the night before. He made sure the battery was fully charge, when it was… the phone still would not turn on. He then pressed the on and off button at the same time which turn on the phone. Anyone hear… or knows anything about this type of problem.

Sometimes if a Razr is dropped or shaken, the battery can get out of sync with it's connections to the phone. Reinstalling the battery might get you back on track.
