Customize V3m by nTelos (not Verizon)?

Anybody here have experience with the nTelos company or have experience with an offbeat Razr? I've got a V3m from nTelos, which covers areas of the Shenandoah Valley other services don't. But it didn't come set up to be customized like, say, Verizon's V3s. Such as I can't use Mobile Phone Tools to transfer in free games or install themes or programs. When I called nTelos, the rep frowned on customization and told me to use the web browser to purchase things. I searched this forum for nTelos info, but didn't find any posts. I need to know how, if possible, to safely do the good tips and improvements I read here. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

Hello. Unfortunately I don't know the answer to your question, but do want to compate notes as a fellow nTelos Razr V3m user. I like the Ntelos voice coverage and plans but the phones and data access obviously leave something to be desired. (Although the recent addition of Yahoo! mail and GMail is great).

I have also been having problems with using the Moto phone tools and this nTelos Razr. Have you used the mp3 player, and transferred music from your computer to a microSD card? I have had some success but currently can't get music file folder arrangements to carry over, just the files themselves.

Have you found anything out in the last couple months?

I also want to find out if it's possible to activate a Sprint phone with nTelos.

Nothing new, I'm afraid. Except for stuff nTelos offers, like driving directions. Also, Comcast has a nice weather fuction I use all the time when away from my laptop. I suppose you have to be a Comcast customer, but it's available at m.comcast.com in the V3 browser.

nTelos website offers some games and attractive features, but I'm pretty sure I wouldn't actually use them much. I just don't find myself with the opportunity or time, so the urge has passed. I would like a new theme, though, having tired of the three choices. Maybe I'll go look for one now ...

I'm not sure what you mean by MP3 player. I did get a card and have transferred several MP3s with Motorola Phone Tools and gotten them to play. I used Tools to cut out good riffs for ringtones. But I don't use the phone as an MP3 player. I don't know a way to play more than one song at a time -- is there one?
