Problem with V3i- camera button stopped working

On my V31, the single button on the right side of the phone (If you are looking at the phone) used to always turn the on the camera if the phone was closed. WHen open it's the "Say a Command" feature. Yesterday it stopped working to open the camera- now pushing that button when the phone is closed does nothing.

How do I fix this? Thanks in advance.

You need to return your phone asap.
