New Verizon flash = trashed my V3M

I need some advice on how to unlock my phone again! I have a Verizon Motorola Razr V3m. When I got this phone a month ago, I was able to unlock it using P2Seem and P2Kcommander to put in the files I wanted. So I tried to skin the phone and it froze up. So I took it to my local Verizon dealer and had them flash the phone with the lasted software. Well, as always there is good and bad. The good, I did not lose my contacts list or my calendar. The bad, I lost my ringtones and wallpapers. Okay fine, I'll do what I did the last time to unlock it. Well I got it to unlock for Motorola Phone Tools and that is it. Some how the new Verizon flash has changed its software to where I can't upload mp3's as ringtones and I can't get P2Kcommander to recognize my phone. WTF! Need advice please help.

You sure your version of MPT and P2K will support the latest update you have done to your phone?

Well, I got MPT to work, but P2K is not reading the phone. Someone suggested that I have to have MSU running in the background before I use P2K and then start P2K. Any advice on this?
