Motorola V3 Razr keyboard locks

Hello, my V3 Razr has recently been having problems with the keyboard and all keys for that matter excluding the power button. The keyboard has become 100% unresponsive and the phone went haywire and rose the volume to 7 and repeated its agitating beep. It happened once before last weekend but magically fixed itself that Sunday. This problem has occured again and I would like to know if there is a button that locks all the buttons or if my phone is becoming defective. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you

clean side volumes keys, if solution didnt work , change flex or main keyboard.
