My son has a V3 and was playing around with it, clicked on Yahoo! Messenger "just to see what it was". He exited the program, but now on his main screen, Yahoo! Messenger is in the bottom right-hand corner permanently. I tried restoring to factory settings, but we don't know the passcode (tried 0000, didn't work).
Also, I called AT&T about having the internet access shut off on all of our phones in the family (we don't need it and are tired of being nickeled and dimed to death when the kids "accidentally" click the web browser button), but was told that since we have unlimited texting, they couldn't shut it off. We need internet access for texting?
Any help out there?
