Locked Messages!

I have a motorola V3 Razr, and id have to says its so far been the worst for problems, i like motorolas phones but they have PROBLEMS!

Anyways, im wondering if anyone has had this problem or knows of a way to get RID of it!

Since just after i got it my picture messages went funny, they wouldnt say they sent but they actually do, so my phone doesnt register that its sent,
Then if i dont shut my phone off right away those messages will lock to my outbox, and you CANT do anything about it, I currently have about 7 of these messages and ive almost had to deal with this forf a year, and telus wont take responsiblity and then said its motoroals problem and we've been calling and calling to TRY and get it fixed BUT KNOW one will help when motorola said its just curpt and they just have to do one thing and they'll be gone! Is there anyway i can DO something myself to get rid of this, or is it something you have to get fixed, because my phones got MANY MANY MANY problems, and for me to go and get it fixed is like buying a new PHONE, which isnt fair because they havent tried to help me what's so ever with ANY of the problems with this phone.
