Hey gang, I have developed a strange reception problem with my 4 month old v3 razor. This all started about a week ago, up till this time the phone has worked flawlessly at home. The problem is that while I can hear the person I'm conversing with, they say I am all broken up and unintelligible. The strange thing is my signal strength meter on the phone is showing that I have a relatively good ~4 bars or so. On top of this, I can hear the other person fine.
My neighbor also has a Razor, also with AT&T, and she said her's always worked fine (She replaced it with a LG Trax about 2 weeks ago).
Now, when I get away from my home, the phone works fine, which initially led me to believe it was a signal problem. But my phone is showing a strong signal so I keep coming back to the phone. I did call at&t and they said they are checking the towers in my area but they think it's a reception problem and not a phone problem.
What do you think?? Is my phone the culprit?? Thanks in advance for any advice.
