Help with RAZR V3a?

Since about two months ago, I haven't been able to send or receive videos and photos on my RAZR V3a. I have a messaging pack with my plan that allows this. It worked just fine before, so I don't know why it stopped working. Obviously, RAZR's aren't the most reliable phones, but is it the phone doing this, or my cell phone provider? My provider is Alltel, by the way. So, if anybody knows the cause for this, or how I can fix it, please let me know.

Call your provider and have them reset and check your messaging plan.
