razr V9m auto password entry to vm

Hello everyone,

I am new here and hope you can help. I have searched the forums for my answer, but cant find it. If this issue is common and I havent found it I apologize for that and please point me in the right direction. Here is my issue. I had a V9m that died so verizon replaced it with the same phone. On my other phone I had the voice mail spped dail set to #2 and I could just press and hold the #2 button and the phone would speed dial to my vm and automatically enter my password and go right to my messages w/o me having to manually enter my vm password ever time I wanted to hear my messages. I cant for the life of me remember how I did it the first time. I know I have to re enter and put pauses in, but I cant even remember how to add the pause or what key to use. Can any one help? Be gentle I am not to new to cell phone usage, but not very savvy when it comes to the user interface (I think that's what its called).

C'mon guys, I know somebodies gotta know how to do this. Can you guys at least tell me how to add a "pause"?
