Hey I am having trouble downloading music videos to my phone which is a Motorola V3t. For whatever reason, when I go through the mobile web on my phone to download I get a message that says the files are not recognizable or it freezes in the middle of downloading. But then the other day my boyfriend got the exact same phone as me and had videos on his which I was able to transfer to mine by copying via bluetooth and I had no problem then. These are the same file types every time, 3gp. For awhile I was thinking my phone did not have the capability of playing or downloading videos but clearly it does, so far only when I transfer it by bluetooth as opposed to straight downloading it directly from mobile web. Does anyone happen to know how to troubleshoot this or maybe had this same problem at some time and have any ideas? T-Mobile customer service really hasn't been much help.
