Razr VE20 Sim card?

Does anyone know if the Motorola Razr VE20 has a sim card in it? I'm thinking of getting one from Sprint. I know that most Sprint phones don't use sim cards. I don't know if there is an empty sim card slot inside the phone or not. Also how to unlock that model.

I'm not sure of the sim card, I think some companies like T-Mobile does use them, but I have one with Alltel and it doensn't use a sim card

On another note, i too would like to know how to unlock this VE20 (alltel Network) I would like to be able to use my .mp3 files I made from sojund clips from the internet as my ringtones again, I was able to with my Moto V710 but can't with this Darn VE20.
