Moto RAZR V8 on Orange, need the phone unlocked, tips?

Hey, i recently bought a pay as you go RAZR V8 as a gift for a friend who broke their phone, i bought it with one providers sim (Orange/Europe), but have since been told that this person is on another network (02) and needs to keep their number, so i have been trying to figure out how to unlock this phone to put another sim in, anyone know how to do this?

You need to get it remotely unlocked by a web site based unlocking service or take into an independent cellphone shop to get it unlocked.
