Master Reset on Motorola Krzr

HELP!!!

I have a Motorola MOTO KRZR K1m and I need to find out how to reset the phone. I have tried going under settings and enter security code, nothing there to reset the phone. Also tried calling the service provider they said there is no way to reset the phone. If you have any ideas tell me and I will try them, I'm really desperate.

Try this under Settings Menu:

Initial Setup
• SpeakerPhone
• Auto Redial
• Display Timeout
• Backlight
• TTY Setup
• Scroll
• Language
• Battery Save
• Brightness
• DTMF
• Hyphenation
• Master Reset
• Master Clear

I don't have my wife's phone with me to check this but, you can try looking there.
And as far as the Reset Code try (666666) it worked on an older MOTO. phone. Hope this helps

Hi, just found this answer as I have the same problem: in another forum, someone posted : 236197. It's not just for President's Choice phones, mine is Bell Solo and it worked also.

The Motorola Tech support told me to reset my Razr V3xxx, take the battery out for about a minute. Hope this helps.
