I tried master reseting my razr v3 and now it doesnt work!

Hi today i wanted to master reset my Motorola RAZR-V3, and so i did. After i master reseted it, the screen on the phone just kept blinking white then black. it kept doing this until i took off the battery. After i put in the battery and turned it back on, it kept doing the same thing. Can somebody please help me???? I dont know what i did wrong. All i did was "Master Reset".

All you have to do is try to reflashed the phone, means re-install with fresh firmware
