Using Secondary for Text Messaging?

Hey Im new here - great site!

I have a pink moto razr and i want to use secondary ALL the time for txt msging, but it seems that every time i open a new txt message, it brings me back to primary, which i HATE..one letter at a time.. GAH lol

so, what i would love to know is where i go on my phone to change my text settings so that everytime i write a new text message i can use the secondary format

any suggestions? thanks guys!

Change which mode is assigned to primary & secondary. Go into a screen where text mode is active (such as creating a text message). Press the menu key and select Entry Setup. Then you can change it so iTAP is the Primary and Tap is Secondary (or whatever you want).
