moto razr v3m -connection problem

i have motorazr v3m cdma but its not gettin connected with motorolas mobile phone tools.i want to backup all my data on the fone.so wat should i do now?

Install Motorola Modem Driver, Install MobilEdit! software, choose phone brands and models, and see everything you can do about transfering files, converting the ringtones etc
