sending/recieving files

i have a Motorola RAZR-V3 with altell. whenever i try to send or recieve pictures or files it tells me it can not work to try again later. well it NEVER works, and i have had other phones with altell that have done these things. any tips on how to make it work?

How are you trying to send the files and pictures? MMS or e-mail? You may not have the appropriate features enabled on your account.
