razr3 pop my cherry

i have no idea what information i don't know about. i would love to block undesirables from ringing me. i came to this forum really ignorant. i would love to know how to expand my razr3's memory but, that's un-realistic because my phone is old and it's dying. i bought it off of ebay unlocked it was expensive. so i plugged the usb port cable to the computer thinking my phone was a flash stick and the software would automatically come alive. i'm sure some of you are laughing at my ignorance. why did MOTOROLA give me a usb cable when i can't use the software???? they make me sick. if Harvil is around please help. i've got to save all these expensive ringtones and pictures before this phone isn't working anymore.

Do you have an sd card for the phone? Just save your pictures and ringtones to that.
