Razr type phone

Anyone tell me which is the better model v3a- v3c- v3m -im so confused and need to replace my 4 y/old Razr. Thank you Kt

I'm assuming you need a CDMA phone since you listed all CDMA versions of the RAZR. The last RAZR named phone Motorola made out of those 3 was the V3a in 2007. You could get one pretty cheap used, I'm sure, although that is not much of an upgrade. I believe the RAZR VE20 & V3s were the last of their kind released in 2008.
