I have a Motorola RAZR-V3i. It has lost the ability to connect with Motorola phonetools.
When I go into settings / connections on the phone, I now only have a choice of 2, Bluetooth or synchronisation.
There was originally a 3rd cable option . The phone will still charge via the mini usb port and when plugged into the computer windows identifies it as V3i. I have tried doing a master clear / reset but I can’t get the cable option back on the phone. Any advice please
