i dont think there is unlocking software for motorola Vxxx series
i think that you have use an unlock code which is different for each imei number

you can't unlock Motorola phones with cables unfortunetly, and at current no 3rd party company can offer you it either as only Motrola can do it, i believe they have made a online service, give the motorola Customer Serice for your country a clal and their help you out
