see how much they charge first....the V60 was like 400 bucks when it first came out(unlocked w/o service) and there was nowhere near the hype that there is for the V600

I just bought my V600 on Wednesday, and as far as I can tell, yes it is worth the hype. I absolutely love it. My family gets mad because I don't talk to them anymore because I'm always "playing" with the phone. It's awesome, good service, excellent phone as a whole! Go get it!

I was going to get one but I settled for the v525 and I like it a lot it has everything the v600 has except for video. The v600 isn't even that great anymore I think the Nokia 6600 is better.

not really. it's almost the same as V400 only that it can accept video clips. it can't even make a video clip umlike some phones that has been released.but in fairness, the design looks maddd hotttt.

    V600 opinion

I really like my V600. The only problems I've run into is that the contacts don't support multiple phone numbers. You have to make each and every contact have their own number, mike hm,mike cell, mike work, ect. I also don't like the fact that I have to purchase additional software to sync to my outlook calander and contacts.
Other than those, I really like the reception, clarity, great pics, tons of memory, looks sweet as hell. I could go on and on.

I concur with the above except for the camera. This is my first cellphone with camera and I will likely use it very little because the quality is so poor. If you really need a camera, wait for at least 1.3Mpixels. Perhaps my expectations were too high...

The best feature of the phone is GPRS, Media Works and Bluetooth. I use it in place of modem everywhere I travel now. I have the choice of travelling really light (just the phone), light (phone and pda), or heavy (phone and laptop).

I have just got the V600. It is not as user friendly as I would like but has much more to it than any phone I have ever had. The sound quality on the phine is very poor but it might just be my individual phone. I plan to return it but still haven't decided to stick with V600 or get another model.
    Mmmmmmiiilllll!
