Have you tried the instructions in the manual downloadedable as well from three.co.uk However this will give you access to doing emails thru whilst you go thru their browser and not direct from the phone thru the message stuff. This means that you cannot access you contacts or attach pics etc so severely ltd and limiting 3g the new fronteer not with Three...yet
