i've an a835 umts phone, and i recently downloaded from my pc an mpeg to the phone. The operation somehow failed and i got a blank file on the phone, identified with a "?" icon that takes 6 mb.
If i try erasing the file from the phone it doesn't work, and if i try from mobile tools program it says (forbidden 0x43). i tried resetting the ram from the phone and reflashing the memory with a new firmware, also deleting all data on ram, but without success....any advice?
