Frustrating i710

Okay, I Just got the Motorola i710 from Nextel, and I've gone to the trouble to get the USB data cable to upload ringtones and wallpapers. I've gotten the iDEN WebJal loader program, the USB program and the stupid WebJalPatch. I've run all of them, and i cannot get any of them to work. First, with the WebJal, i keep getting a "Failed to authenticate with server" message when i log in (no password or user name). So then I try to use the WebJalPatch, and i get a screen that pops up and says Iden Insider...so i click install. Then the thing tells me "Run-time error '53' " File not found. I am stuck, and getting frustrated. I've uninstalled and reloaded all applications having to do with me getting these wallpapers and ringtones on my phone. Still, no dice. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME.

I HAVE THAT SAME EXACT PROBLEM YO SOMEONE PLEASE HELP US ....WHENEVER I GO ONTO WEBJAL I PRESS OK ON WHERE IT SAYS USERNAME/PASSWORK N IT SAYS FIALED TO AUTHENTICATE WITH SERVER NN MY PATCHER SAYS RUNTIME ERROR 53 IM SO MAD SUMONE HELP ME

Give up on WebJAL, it's a piece of ****. Get myJAL Apollo Edition. Use it for all it's worth during the free trial. It's worth the money to register after the trial is up.
