e-398 (???)

Hi, I'm from mexico and im a lil' bit confused about 1 thing.
I read on a web page that e398 is not gonna be launched on the US an Canada, but, i also read that it is or it has been launched in europe and asia, but in mexico is not specified cuz it says that c650 it is gonna be launched, and it's true cuz is already here. (I think c650 it's horrible, the design is cheap and the price here in mexico is to high for what it can do). I really want the e398.

SO!!...does anyone know if the e398 is gonna be launched in latin america???
