    I have an V400 thats lock up when using it mostly when u open or close it or when u try to charge the battery. I just bought a new battery and when attempting to charge it, it will lock up again. I am just wondering if this a software or hardware problem....any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

    Now, it wont lock up but after turning it on it will shutdown a few seconds after....any comments will be greatly appreciated!

    get the latest flash/flex update for it. that should fix the problem. If you use cingular then they should be able to send you a file OTA to correct the problem.
