Help!: mobile phone tools problems

hi, i just dled the mobile phone tools v2, but as its going through its setup process it stops and asks to insert the disk with the file D:\Addons\widcomm.cab.......now i cant find the file anywhere (did a search and found out it has to do with bluetooth, which my v300 doesnt even support)....I do have a widcomm file in zip format, but even unzipped and directed to, it does not work.

So can someone plz tell me how to either locate this file or go around it?....any help is appreciated
