Newbie asks

OK This may seem a dumb question, but phones aren't my thang.

Just got a C975 Motorola, setup the email etc and I was wondering (/me feels dumb-meter rising)..... is it at all possible to email an MP3 / ringtone / picture to the phone and sort of install it from the email.

I know the phone doesn't have an OS in the traditional sense and probably won't be able to handle an email attatchement in the way a PC browser can... anyhow there's my question.
