    i just got a new facplate for my v180 and i got the back battary part off and the main part of the front off but i cant get the piece thats on the outside off the front...any help?

    You need a special screw driver called Torx 6 (T6) Professional Screw driver. You can get it from Sears for $2.99 or from E-Bay for 2.99+Shipping Fee..lolz
