v400

I need to transfer pictures from my v400 to my pc and then back to my new v400 that Cingular had to send me.

I have the USB cable. Do I need any software and if so, can someone provide me with a link for the download.

Thanks I was able to find the site and download the software. Another question.

Cingular had to send me a replacement phone. When I went to transfer from the broken to the new, the Cingular rep overwrote my sim card thus eliminating all (100) phone numbers.

Is there anyway to recover those numbers?

I'm not sure about Cingular, but if it was on the sim card they *might* (a very big might) have them stored. But it looks like you're out of luck if they don't.

No sim cards will not store #'s once erased, but you my want to try e-mailing the pics from your phone to your computer.
