Oh, boy I'm in the dog house with my wife... I had Sprint but couldn't get reception. So I switch to US Cellular.. Well they locked my into the contract so no backing out..

from The sprint phone this thing is nailed down thight.. So My wife is mad and I wont let her download ringtones.. I browsed on easy edge and downloaded a ring tone.. THis costed me a total of 4 bucks. Thats crazy..

So I would like to know if there is any way to upload the rintones and wallpapers to the phone via computer?

I hear the motorola software tools, but some say thats only for pics and contacts. Is this true? Motorola says nothing about this but 3rd party sites that sell it say yeah.. I dont want to blow 50 bucks on this for it not to work.

Help me get out of the dog house.. How can I get ringtones to the phone?

If you have wap access try going to my site at www.geocities.com/griffzan187 if not your going to have to buy a cable and software. BTW all of my ringtones are free.

    no WAP.

US Cellular only has Easyedge, which is controlled by BREW and there apps..

Will the Motorola Software tools and cable allow me to upload ringtones to the phone? I see some people say that they can't. some say yeah. Before I buy it I would like to know for sure.

It would be great if I could do this and upload a bunch of wallpapers and rings to her phone.

With the cable and software you should have no problem, though I'm not sure about BREW because I've never heard of it, but if it doesn't interfere with your phones hardware through the cable I don't see why it wouldn't work.

OK. I go the Motorola Mobile Phone Tools 3.0 and cable..

    I this only allows contacts.

I also tried the Pk2 Phone File and when it connects I get this error..

    Code:
    UNSUPPORTED/INVALID PARAMETER FOR OPCODE
    Volume name fail
Receiving file list...UNSUPPORTED/INVALID PARAMETER FOR OPCODE
     Fail!
Any Idea how to get a song or mid file to my wifes phone? I have the file in mid and in mp3

She's about to send me to the dog house.
