    I have successfully connected my phone about 5 times to my computer. But usually when I plug it in it doesn't identify the device...even though the drivers were installed and it has identified it before.......what's the deal? how can I get it to connect all the time?

    also, i just downloaded a driver for it...but where do I put it? is it for MPT?
