V300 cut off while talking to T-Mobile rep who advised she could
only send a used replacement as I was past 14 day rule. 14 day
rule required my cancelling T-Mobile service which I did not want to do.
Best offer from T-Mobile was a used phone as I called after 18 days.

Called Wirefly who advised they would not replace bad phone as I
had not contacted them in 30 days. After lengthly discussion I convinced
them that I had done so as I had their reply to my noitce sent in 20 days.
Rep said he would get back with supervisor and get back in touch. That
was a week ago and they have not responded to my repeat email requests
since then.

I do not like receving a receiving a used piece of merchandise where I paid
for new, delivered a bad product and notified them within the required time frame.

What would you suggest as my next step?
