Sold V551, Now asks for Password

I sold my V551 to someone on ebay and they emailed me becasue the phone is asking them for a password.

It is on the Cingular network and the person who bought it is on the cingular network. Plus I put my girlfriends SIM card in and it worked fine.

WHATS going on here ...anyone know? Why would a password come up all of the sudden?

I got an email from the person I sold it to and the Cingular rep is calling it a "subsidy number."
