e398 flash upgrades

3 questions:

1. Will R372_G_0E.20.98R_reflash turn the phone from a tri-band to a quad-band?
2. Will PRS4889GUXSV8B flex turn the e398 to a v398? (a v3 basically)
3. Which one should be used first?

search for "motorola monsterpack v4"... it's the newest firmware pack for e398...usually, you will have directions in redme file with it, but you can check on
