Sending ringtones to an i730

I have a cable that hooks my phone into a usb port on my computer. I also have a bunch of ringtones on my computer and my friend has the same phone and cable and sent them to his phone so Iam wondering what program you would use to send them to the phone.

The best program I've found is MYjal, get it from HERE
Just install the program and at the top once you have the programed open there will be an unlock button, you just have to press that everytime you open the program.
