Motorola v265 users: Do you like your phone?

I have three questions actually hopefully you all can help me with them

1. Do you guys like the v265? Im planning on making it my first cellphone. Its hard finidng a phone that has both speakerphone and a camera for under $100.

2. I dont want to get internet for my phone so my bill is lower, can I put ringtones that are on my computer on my phone via a data link?

3. Is it possible to send yourself a ringtone via text and download it if you dont have internet?

2. u dnt need to actually not entirly sure how things are done with american servicee providers,
3. u can send it via infra red if u got infra red port or via bluetooth

1. The V265 is a nice little starter phone. Please don't count on the picture's the phone takes to be anything great, because you will be greatly disappointed. They aren't bad....but, it is after all a cellphone.

2. I'm not sure with that particular phone if transfering of ringtones, wallpapers, etc is possible. (I think it is)

3. It is possible to attach a ringtone to an email and send it to your phone. (I should clarify that it does work for Verizon anyway, and I just found out recently that Cingular customer's also have a email address's for their phones, so I am guessing it will work there also....but...don't quote me)

LOL...after re-reading this, I am probably going to make things more complicated than actually helping.....huh?

you can do number 3 with verizon..

to send to your phone....attach a file -- make sure you put sumthin in the subject line -- and send it to your phone like this...."yournumber@vzwpix.com"

Doesn't mine say that? Is it misleading.....if so let me know, I'll clarify it.

I think there always be a hole somehow somewhere to get the ringtones you want into your phone. Just got to be a good hacker.

hey jerk maybe you should give credit to who taught you how to do that or who taught all V265 users on this forum how to get free mp3 ringtones and send them to your phone....don't be a flamer and tell everyone that i was the one that told everyone on these forums how to do this.....thanks

...no. you and your 7 posts taught EVERYONE on the forums that? i really really highly doubt that..you just joined this month....ive been on here ALOT longer than you and ive said it before you.

its been known for a LONG time how to do that. he said he thought he can do that and i confirmed it...come correct when u say sumthin bout me.
