New Phone User Need Help

Hi, I have a moto-v220 cell phone. I am new to using it in conjunction with my computer. I have the usb drivers for the phone installed and all is well. My question is a simple one im sure but like I said I am very new to this. Anyway I have some ringtones that were given to me on my Computer and many Wavs and MP3s. I need to know how to transfer the ringtones to my phone and also how I can make ringtones using my MP3s and Wavs. Please understand that I do not want to be connected to the internet to get these ringtones on my phone. I dont understand anything about it so sorry if I sound like a complete idiot : ) Basically all im saying is, cant I just put the ringtones I have on my computer on my Phone?...will I be charged for using them? Oh and also I want to make ringtones from my wav files and mp3 files if that is that possible? I have never done anything with this phone other than the features on the phone itself. Sorry for my ignorance on this subject any help would be greatly appreciated. MsMoe
