Boost Mobile is a subsidiary of Nextel, it uses the same iDEN technology as Nextel, and also uses Nextel's iDEN network.

Thanks again Tony E! Oh-my bad Im not going with Boost but Beyond wireless.Do thay have the same Tech as Boost? Boy I am good at computors but this cell phone stuff is a new one on me. Would like to us a GSM cell but Beyond uses TDMA cells. So if I could unlock the TracPhone V60i (TDMA)I could us it right? Been looking for info on it but not much out there that I can find.

This should unlock your V60. Do it slow and careful, if you get it wrong 3X the phone locks up.
    Unlock Code: 69874920
Thank you for taking the time to contact T-Mobile. Below you will see the
Instructions for unlocking your Motorola device.
NOTE: Before you start you must have a foreign (non-T Mobile) sim card entered into the handset.
NOTE: If the phone displays, "Please wait to enter special code" or "Contact service provider," you will have to wait for it to change back. Please be aware that the phone must stay powered on to do this. If the battery is low, be sure to plug it in. It could take 15 minutes to an hour to change back.
If the phone does not change back, the handset will need to be replaced.
If the display reads "Enter Special Code", enter the unlock code and press "OK"
If the display does not read "Enter Special code":
    1. Press and hold the * key until an entry box is displayed, then let go
    2. Enter *, #, 3, 2, # and press "OK"
    3. Enter the unlock code and press "OK." The display should read "Completed" or "Deleted"

Let us know if Remag's code worked for you, i was under the impression that when a carrier gives you the unlock code for your phone it is tide with your EMEI number therefore making the code work only on your phone.

    Thanks for sharing that Remag....

Thank's Remag, When I tryed that code it said invalid code. I think it is becouse the phone has no GMS card or a place to put one,(TDMA phone) going by a cell phone shop today that works on phones and see what thay say.I will keep you all posted and thank's again for your time to reply to the post.
