Hi, Iam triyng to update my MPT, but i get an error message
WinInet error code: 12002 after few clicks. Help please

Try downloading the mpt from the sticky and running auto update

download mpt from the thread at the top of this forum and once it's downloaded run the auto update feature in the program

if you keep getting error messages you may need to uninstall and re-install MPT again, first just try re-booting your PC.

How can I use MPT to create a ringtone from one of my CDs? The help file is not helpful at all! It says that you have to extract the file, which is a .cda and then MPT will convert it to a useable format. But when I click on the "extract the file" button, I can't find it again. Where did it extract it TO?

Anyway, TIA for your help!

use db power amp to convert mp3 to wave then cut out the part you want with windows sound recorder then convert back my how to is in the ringtones forum
